In 2008, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi [NBAD] launched an innovative salary payroll solution – Ratibi - to help corporates pay salaries to their employees in a quick and cost effective manner. Ratibi was designed by NBAD to provide companies with an alternative to the traditional modes of salary payment of cheques and cash.
