ADCB offers two programs that are designed for UAE nationals exclusively. One is “Emirati” and the other is “Emirati excellence”. “Emirati” is for the young Emiratis.
UAE Nationals can avail priority services like dedicated relationship officer, special queue, and valet parking at any branch of ADCB. They also can avail financial services at special rates and fees. ADCB Emirati program also provides touchpoints for the nationals who avail ADCB services. Emiratis can redeem the touchpoints instantly for vouchers, miles, bill payments, and much more.

On signing up on ADCB Emirati service, customers can get exclusive discounts on shopping, travel, dining, lifestyle, entertainment, and much more. They can avail free access to the Diamond lounge in Abu Dhabi international airport and other international lounges as well. Apart from the complimentary access to lounges, they can also avail discounts on travel bookings made at partnered retailers.
Along with the exclusive discounts, priority banking services, preferential rates, etc., UAE nationals who have signed up for this program can avail 24/7 customer care service.
