A. Parents can login to the app and create a new account in 5 minutes.

⭐ What can I get from this account?

A. Neo Nxt allows you to manage money independently. This is done with the visibility of parents on children expenses. The teen gets their own Neo Nxt Debit card and has access to Mashreq Neo app with login credentials. The user will have access to send money, request money through the app.

⭐ How can parents check and control the account?

A. Parents can login into the Mashreq Neo account or the Mobile app and they will be able to see details of the Neo Nxt account. With this parents will be able to set weekly allowance or monthly allowance. They can have control on teen accounts and view transactions. They can receive OTP for all transactions with this account under their control.

⭐ How to access my Neo Nxt account?

A. The user can access the account through the Neo app. In the application process the user should create login credentials. The teen can use their own credentials and access the account. This app is customized for Neo Nxt account holders which will provide tailored experience for the teens.

A. There is no fee charged to the Neo NXT account.

A. To ensure safety of the users the following are the transaction limits.

  • Money transfer monthly limit (to Mashreq account and non- Mashreq account): AED 5,000
  • Online and offline monthly debit card monthly limit: AED 5,000
  • ATM Cash withdrawal monthly limit: AED 5,000
  • Parents also have a facility to reduce the usage limit navigating through the app under Control Debit Card.
  • Cash deposit in Neo NXT account is disabled but Users can withdraw cash through Neo Nxt account.

  • Neo NXT is available through the Mashreq Neo app (Android / iOS / Huawei).
  • Neo Nxt is not available on Mashreq Neo online banking.

    A. Parents can get up to five Neo Nxt accounts. The accounts can be viewed through Mashreq Neo or Mashreq mobile app.

    ⭐ Will the parent receive transaction alerts & OTPs?

    A. The parent will receive all OTPs and transactional alerts. At the time of opening an account parent should provide their teen’s mobile number. The account will be guided through the parent to the teen.

    A. Parents should have an account with Mashreq. The Mashreq customer are allowed to open account through the Mashreq Mobile and Mashreq Neo App.
